About the Instructor
Flutist Christine Kim has been acclaimed for exceptional musicality, beautiful tone, and artistic interpretations. Graduated from Queen’s University (BMus), Chicago College of Performing Arts (M.M), and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (D.M.A), Christine Kim is dedicated to teach music. For the past twenty five years of teaching, many of her students earned the Gold Medal Award and high marks on their Royal Conservatory of Music examinations, accepted to music schools, and won competitions. Based on her performing experiences, solid teaching philosophies and techniques, she incorporates her skills and experiences to help students to learn and to enjoy music as well as to reach their fullest potentials.
